Indooroopilly Appeal
TRACE was engaged by visual amenity experts to prepare modelling and verified photomontage simulations for a multi-storey residential building at Indooroopilly, Brisbane. Virtual Brisbane model provided a basis to include approved DA surrounding the subject land. Photomontage simulations were prepared for the proposed development and compared with the acceptable height under the planning scheme. A methodology statement was prepared to accompany simulations to be presented at Planning and Environment Court.
